We are still looking for suppliers of high quality primary products for our dishes. We have personal contacts with regional suppliers and many of them supply us with the best seasonal products. Our restaurant is a member of the international Slow Food association.
The cuisine U Rudolfa has a particular style that comes from experience, knowledge and inspiration of the chef and his team. This particular style is based on the principle where quality is priority. The utilization of advanced technology, high quality products and experiences of team members are the starting point for our cooperation.
