Chef Jozef Stanislav,
since small childhood he was growing up in the environment where maximum attention was given to food preparation.. At the beginning it was his grandmother - the mother of the governor of the National Bank of Slovakia of prof. dr. Imrich Karvaš. She was an exceptional cook with experiences in French cuisine which successfully used for organizing various prestigious parties. She mainly helped to stimulate and develop his culinary relationship with food preparation. Later it was a utilization of high quality products, advanced techniques and his knowledge of different cultures and customs. These facts became the basis of his cusine and helped him to develop his particular style. Since 1990 he has worked persistently on the idea of ​​opening his own restaurant in Liptov region. He succeeded to fullfill this aim in 2004. Now he is gradually introducing new methods of food preparation and presentation to traditional Slovak cuisine.

 

Martina
has  rich experience in the field, sense of design, kindliness, astounding sense of hospitality and ability to establish a good service team which embodies her visions. Therefore she became a spirit of this restaurant and guest house. Her sense of foresight and business helped bring  the restaurant  closer to the goal to be the best restaurant in the region.

 

Janka,
her long-term experiences in this field,  professional knowledge of high gastronomy, sense of hospitality and love of people led her to the absolute top of our team.
Her management skills supported by specialized education and linguistic knowledge are a precious advantage for every service team.
